We’re having a contest! It’s called The “Show Me Yours” Contest, and here’s what it’s all about:
The History: On last year’s summer house concert tour, our friend Dan O‘Conor (DTOX DESIGN) showed up at our house concert in Chicago and brought us 5 custom, one-of-a-kind, handmade “Shannon Curtis” tee shirts that he had made. Totally out of the blue. Since then, we’ve been mulling over ideas of how to pass along his generosity and give these special little gems away, and this is it. The “Show Me Yours” Contest!
The Contest: Between now and Friday, Jan. 9, I want you to share with me something that you have created. Post it to Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram and tag me in your post with the hashtag #showmeyourscontest.
A painting, a poem, a song, a craft, a photo, a dance, a film, a macrame plant holder – whatever you’ve got! – as long as it’s something you made. We’ll put the names of everyone who contributes in a hat on Saturday morning and draw 5 winners to whom we’ll ship one of Dan’s handmade tees. And I’m posting links to everyone’s creations at the bottom of this blog post for all the world to see!
