I perform my concerts in your homes; I write songs for you to give to your loved ones; I consider myself lucky to count an ever-growing number of you as friends. I do what I do with you, for you, and because of you.

Putting out an independent album is a heck of an undertaking. It takes a bunch of time and a bunch of resources. We are very nearly there with METAFORMA, but I’m going to need your help to get it finished up.

So I’m asking you to help us by supporting our “Bring METAFORMA from the Studio to the World” campaign.

THE FINAL STEPS

1) In the next week and a half, we’ll be finishing production. This is the nuts-and-bolts “making the record” phase – it’s the most time-intensive and costly part of the process. We’ve fronted all the costs ourselves up to this point, but we have a little way to go yet before everything’s exactly the way we want it.

2) Then we’ll be getting the album mastered. This will give METAFORMA the final polish that will make it really shine.

3) After that, the album will go to manufacturing, where the physical product will be produced. As with CINEMASCOPE, we’re crafting a really gorgeous physical package that will be a pleasure to hold and to own.

OUR GOALS

GOAL ONE: The minimum amount we need to raise is $5,000. That will help us get the album finished, mastered, and pressed on CD. GOAL 1 REACHED 8:40pm Saturday April 26th! Thank you!

GOAL TWO: If we’re able to raise $7,000, we’ll also press a CD of some of our favorite personal songs that I’ve written for my fans, and I’ll send one to everyone who’s given $20 or more. GOAL 2 reached 6:22pm Wednesday April 30th! THANK YOU!

GOAL THREE: If we can raise $10,000, then we’ll be able to invest in a publicity campaign to get the word out about METAFORMA to a broader audience.
